Calm Balm

Designed as an effective, soothing, heat therapy balm you can use to treat your cramps and hydrate your skin in one go. To use gently, gently rub into skin and lightly massage wherever you need some relief.

Allow about 10 minutes for the warming magic to begin and don't use in conjunction with other forms of heat.
